MNP is once again chosen as the exclusive event partner in auctioning for Penang International Property Expo 2010 (PIP2010). We have been working side-by-side with this Event since year 2008.
We promised that this year is another breakthrough of our presentation! Unlike the past occasions, we will showcase you a variety of pictures in auctioning. How much do you know about auction? Selling properties by way of auction is widely popular and accepted in the western countries such England and United States of America. In PIP2010, we will conduct auctions for the properties trusted by the private owners. Instead of appointing other agents to sell your properties, you will choose to sell by way of private auction!
PRIVATE AUCTION SALE BY OWNER
Well, there are always good reasons to make changes. Instead of leaving your properties to a few people, you are telling the whole world loud (by public auction notice) that you are selling your property. Therefore, let the market to dictate the demand! Selling your properties by way of auction will increase transparency, better managing the time frame to sell a property, very straightforward and even attracting more bidders to bid up the price! Owner’s identity will not reveal until signing the sale and purchase agreement, therefore enhancing privacy.
There are also many good reasons for the property developers to sell their projects by way of auction! They can put up the units for auction to either fetching better price, selling unfavourable units and/or to create publicity. Our recommendations are the units with good address number (eg. Unit 8, 8th Floor, Ria Apartment, No. 8, Jalan Puteri…), and, quickly sell out non-favourable units (eg. Units facing non-strategic view, lower floor, beside the pump room, etc). Units sold at a higher price will create impression to potential buyers that the project is a good investment and value for money.
CHARITY AUCTION - ROTARY CLUB OF PENANG
Auction is not only about properties! As part of our meaningful social responsibility, MNP Auction Team is assisting The Rotary Club of Penang with the support of PIP2010 committee in undertaking a Charity Auction to raise funds to finance the development of the Rotary Heritage House in Acheh Street, Penang (within the Heritage Zone).
The Rotary Heritage House is being re-developed to provide more service reach to the poor of the community, as it will have within its complex, Tuition and Study Facilities for children of the poor, Administrative Facilities for the Wheelchair Club and the Cranial Facial Association. Facilities will also be made available for the Rotary Club to undertake Health Awareness programmes pertaining to the youth like obesity and proper nutrition; drug abuse and smoking with participation by its Interact and Rotaract Youth Clubs.
MNP will conduct auction for the consumer items like Household Electrical Gadgets, Audio Visual Equipment and any article of value like paintings. Many items will be priced from as low as 30% of the retail price! The public are encouraged to turn up and bid at this auction. While buying something you need, you are helping those who needed most!
This year’s PIP2010 has been very tremendous! With our revolutionized and meaningful auction programs lining up, and with other exciting activities from our participants and event partners, this 3-day event is certainly not-to-be-missed!
